Tracked Radial Truck Unloader Shipped to Kazakhstan

In August 2024, a customer in Kazakhstan purchased a SANTO tracked radial truck unloader.

The conveyor features a 1,200 mm belt width and a 15 m conveying length. The project description reports a handling capacity of about 600 tonnes per hour.

Controlling Material Flow

The truck unloader allows operators to regulate the material feed into the conveying route. This control helps them coordinate incoming material with the receiving equipment’s requirements.

The machine combines receiving and conveying functions in a mobile arrangement. Its tracked undercarriage supports repositioning, while radial movement allows operators to adjust the discharge position.

Adapting the Receiving Arrangement

Depending on the receiving configuration, the equipment can accept material from trucks, excavators or wheel loaders. Operators can then direct the flow toward a loading point or downstream handling equipment.

Potential applications include feeding crushers and screens or supplying barge, rail and truck loading operations. Each application requires a suitable intake arrangement, discharge reach and receiving capacity.

For the Kazakhstan project, the machine combines a 15 m conveyor with controlled feeding and radial positioning in one unit.
