Crawler Conveyor for Mobile Crushing Shipped to Serbia

In February 2025, a customer in Serbia purchased a SANTO TS824 fully hydraulic crawler conveyor to work alongside a mobile crushing plant.

The customer needed a conveying arrangement that could move with the crushing equipment. The TS824 transfers crushed material from the plant toward the required discharge location, connecting crushing and material handling in one operating route.

Keeping the Conveyor Close to the Crusher

A mobile crushing operation needs flexibility as the work area changes. The TS824’s tracked undercarriage allows operators to reposition the conveyor alongside the crushing plant.

This mobility helps the team adjust the material transfer route without rebuilding a fixed conveyor installation each time the equipment moves.

Connecting Crushing and Material Transfer

The crusher processes the incoming material, and the conveyor carries the discharge away from the plant. This arrangement supports a continuous material flow between the crushing stage and the discharge area.

For this Serbian project, the TS824’s main advantage lies in its compatibility with mobile crushing equipment. Both machines can follow changes in the working layout, helping the customer coordinate crushing and conveying at the site.
